REPAIR SERVICE:With this service, you have to send your faulty part to us first. When we receive your part, our engineers will fix it in one day then we will dispatch it back to you in following day.

Direct Sale:With this service, you will directly get whatever part you bought. You don’t need to send any parts to us.

Advance Replacement:With this service, we will send you whatever part you bought as well. But instead of direct sale, you have to send your faulty part to us after receiving the part you bought. As you see, this is most expensive service. Actually the price is same with “Get Yours Fixed” but here we are charging you 30 as advance until we receive your faulty part. When we receive your faulty part, we will directly send that 30 charge back to you.

DELIVERY

Your part will be dispatched second day after your purchase.

WARRANTY

All parts has tested and comes with 1 year warranty.

If your product becomes faulty within the 1 year warranty period you must send your faulty refurbished part to be tested by us. If any fault(s) detected on your part, we will replace it under warranty.

If the part get faulty because of any other reason in the boiler would not accept it back.

We will dispatch the item same day. If we get the order before 3 pm

EXCLUSIONS TO WARRANTY

PCB’s blown due to water damage, burnt as a result of another faulty part will not be covered under warranty.
