Bulls Eye 1-2-3 can be used under or over any oil or latex paint and will bond to virtually any surface.

Its adhesion characteristics are legendary gloss paint, PVC, ceramic tiles, glass, lead, galvanised metal it takes them all in its stride without the need of time consuming sanding, just make sure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and degreased first.
