Kilsaran 3:1 Sand & Cement Mix

Kilsaran Sand & Cement Mix is a 3:1 blend of carefully selected sand and portland cement, this is produced in an ISO 9001 quality- controlled environment using dried sands, lime, cement & additives.

All constituent materials comply with the requirements of the relevant and current Irish, British & European standards.

Application

Our 3:1 Sand & Cement is designed for use as a general purpose product & is ideal for:

• Concrete repair
• Masonry patch repair
• Bedding concrete for natural stone paving
• Mortar for stone work etc.

Mixing

This product only requires the addition of clean water. Depending on the nature of the application the rates of water addition vary significantly:

• A Semi-dry bedding concrete can be produced with the addition of 2-3 litres per 25Kg bag.
• A mortar or concrete mix can be produced with the addition of 3.5-4 litres per 25Kg bag.
