EXCHANGE SERVICE:When using this service you need to send the old part to our Ebay address below in advance. Upon receiving the old part we then will dispatch your reconditioned part for delivery the next working day.

How to claim your Deposit:

You can claim your deposit within 14 days of purchase date. You need to send your old part to the our address with a copy of your invoice, or your full name and address and email address. If you paid your deposit via PayPal, we will refund your deposit to your PayPal account. If paid by debit or credit card, we will refund your deposit to your card. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.PLEASE NOTEwhen you return faulty parts you will have to pay for the return postage yourself.
